2.2.3.11 AppliesToExternalKnown<br />

The AppliesToExternalKnown element is an optional child element of the OofMessage element in<br />

Settings command requests and responses that indicates that the OOF message applies to known<br />

external users. A known external user is a user who is outside the sending user's organization, but<br />

is represented in the sending user's contacts.<br />
