2.2.3.60 Fetch<br />

The Fetch element is used in the following command requests and responses:<br />

•ItemOperations command requests (section 2.2.2.8.2) and responses (section 2.2.2.8.3)<br />

•Sync command requests (section 2.2.2.19.1) and responses (section 2.2.2.19.2)<br />

The definition of the Fetch element differs according to the context in which it is used. For more<br />

details, see section 2.2.3.60.1 and section 2.2.3.60.2.<br />

2.2.3.60.1 Fetch (ItemOperations)<br />

The Fetch element is an optional child element of the ItemOperations element in<br />

ItemOperations command requests and an optional child element of the Response element in<br />

ItemOperations responses. In both contexts, it retrieves an item from the server.<br />

Elements referenced in this section are defined in the ItemOperations namespace, except where<br />

otherwise indicated by the presence of a namespace prefix (as defined in section 2.2.1).<br />
