REFORMED PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH OF NORTH AMERICA 149
Jesus has given us our task:
Matthew 28:18-20 18. And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying,
All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. 19. Go ye therefore,
and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the
Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20. Teaching them to observe all things
whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even
unto the end of the world. Amen. (KJV)
We thank the Lord that He always equips his church with the ability to do the
work he calls us to do. And, we give thanks for our times of prayer together this
Synod... May they continue through the whole year.
Ephesians 1:15-23
15 Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and love unto
all the saints, 16 Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my
prayers; 17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give
unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: 18 The eyes
of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his
calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, 19 And
what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to
the working of his mighty power, 20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised
him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, 21
Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name
that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: 22 And
hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to
the church, 23 Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all. (KJV)

The report of the Resolution of Thanks Committee was taken up,
approved and is as follows:
RESOLUTION OF THANKS
"Praise Jehovah! Praise the Lord! Ye His servants, Praise accord!
Blessed be Jehovah's Name! Evermore His praise proclaim."
We servants of the Lord, who serve in "the court of the Lord's house" as the
167th Synod of the Reformed Presbyterian Church of North America, respond to
Jehovah's goodness and to His invitation, by praising Him for His willingness to use
such flawed vessels as we, to glorify His name and extend His Kingdom.
Praise the Spirit who authored Holy Writ, for the work on the upcoming edition
of the Japanese version of Psalms for Singing. Praise the God of truth, for positive
developments with Kobe Theological Seminary, and progress in developing the new
"Covenanter Center" as a successor to the former Covenanter Bookstore destroyed
in an earthquake.
