MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS<br />

BLEEDING OF HYDROSTATIC STEERING HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT<br />

1. Secure the tractor against any movement and lift the front axle.<br />

2. Start the engine let it running at idle speed for approx. 1 minute.<br />

3. At idle speed turn the steering wheel to both sides several times<br />

4. At maximum speed of the engine turn the steering wheel alternately 3 times slowly<br />

and quickly up to the limiting stops of the wheels.<br />

5. Stop the engine.<br />

6. After completion of bleeding check and refill (if necessary) oil up to the gauge rod<br />

mark. Check tightness of all connections and lines of the hydrostatic steering hydraulic<br />

circuit.<br />

7. Lower the front axle.<br />

With all bleeding operations on<br />

the hydrostatic steering watch oil<br />

level in the tank to prevent suction<br />

of air into the steering system.<br />
