MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS<br />

INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION<br />

OF THE CARBON FILTER<br />

1. Remove the worn out filter from the air<br />

duct neck.<br />

2. Remove the protective package of a<br />

new filter.<br />

3. Put the filter to the air duct neck so that<br />

the air passage direction corresponds<br />

to the passage direction through the filter<br />

in accordance with the arrow on the<br />

filter. The inlet air should pass to the<br />

white duct filtration layer first.<br />

4. Check proper sealing of the filter.<br />

5. Fix the filter.<br />

DRAINAGE OF CONDENSATE FROM<br />

AIR ACCUMULATOR<br />

Drain condensate by pulling the ring to<br />

deflect the bleeding valve.<br />

The valve is installed on the air accumulator<br />

bottom.<br />

CHECK OF TIGHTNESS OF AIR<br />

SYSTEMS<br />

Fill the air accumulator up to the<br />

maximum pressure (730 20 kPa).<br />

When the engine is stopped, pressure<br />

may not drop by more than 10 kPa.<br />

Carry out checks every day before<br />

you drive out with a trailer or<br />

semi-trailer!<br />

A warning light on the dashboard<br />

lights on in case of a drop of<br />

pressure in the brake system under<br />

450 30 kPa!<br />
