BLEEDING OF TRACTOR BRAKE<br />
SYSTEM<br />
Carry out bleeding of the brake system<br />
of the tractor always in the following order:<br />
1. Pneumatic brake system for trailers.<br />
2. Foot brakes of rear wheels.<br />
3. Brake system of the front driving axle.<br />
4. Hydraulic brakes of the trailer.<br />

Carry out bleeding of the pneumatic<br />
brake system for trailers and foot brakes<br />
of the rear wheels with disconnected<br />
brake pedals, separately for each wheel.<br />
Carry out bleeding of the brake system<br />
of the front driving axle and hydraulic<br />
brakes of the trailer with coupled brake<br />
pedals.<br />
During bleeding watch level of the fluid in<br />
the expansion tank to prevent suction of<br />
air.<br />
Brake fluid in the entire brake system<br />
should be replaced after two years.<br />

Warning:<br />
With bleeding of a pneumatic<br />
brake systém for trailers abd<br />
brakes of rear wheels it is always<br />
necessary to tread on one pedal<br />
(1) by 7.5 +0.5 mm on the piston<br />
rod of the main brake cylinder,<br />
i.e. 3 +0.2 mm on the adjustment<br />
screw (2) and bleed the system<br />
using the other pedal. Insert a<br />
gauge of the corresponding<br />
thickness, i.e. 3 +0.2 mm, between<br />
the pedal (1) and adjustment<br />
screw (2) to ensure correct distance.<br />
