To order field retrofit switch and hardware kits for all Tol-O-Matic actuators:
SW (Then the model and bore size, and type of switch needed)
Example: SWBCS15RT (Hardware and Form A Reed switch, 5 meter lead for BCS15)
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1 Mounting hardware is required if replacing switch for any actuator manufactured before 7/1/97.
2 If field retrofitting a quick-disconnect switch on and actuator manufactured before 7/1/97 it will be
necessary to rewire connections. See page 130
3 Contact Tol-O-Matic regarding magnet requirements for actuators that did not previously have a
switch or if replacing a Reed or Triac switch with a Hall-effect switch.
4 For field retrofit of SLS and MLS actuators that do not currently have the rail it will be necessary to
order the rail and indicate stroke length.
