STANDARD MOUNTING AND MOUNTING PLATES<br />
St<strong>and</strong>ard Mounting Configurations<br />
“T-Slot” Nuts<br />
All SLS, B3S <strong>and</strong> B3B actuators<br />
are provided with T-nuts in<br />
the base of the cylinder body.<br />
Four T-nuts for the first 24<br />
inches of stroke is st<strong>and</strong>ard.<br />
Two nuts are provided for each<br />
additional 20 inches of stroke.<br />
NOTE: SLS10 tube <strong>and</strong> work<br />
table accept 1/4" threaded<br />
square nuts. MLS10 tube <strong>and</strong><br />
work table accept M6 threaded<br />
square nuts.<br />
Tapped mounting<br />
holes<br />
All BCS <strong>and</strong> BCB actuators<br />
are provided with mounting<br />
holes on the underside of the<br />
the cylinder heads. To mount,<br />
transfer location of holes to the<br />
receiving surface. Drill mounting<br />
holes 1/32" larger than<br />
diameter of the mounting<br />
screws <strong>and</strong> attach securely<br />
with appropriate screws.<br />
Axidyne<br />
actuators can be<br />
base mounted<br />
with st<strong>and</strong>ard<br />
mounting<br />
configurations<br />
provided or by<br />
using base<br />
mounting plates.<br />
