3.341 In addition to the residential allocations and changes to the settlement confines set<br />
out in Policy LA27, the confines have also been changed to include the business units to<br />
the rear of Coronation Cottage, Mill Lane. It is the Council's intention to retain the units for<br />
business purposes but if it can be demonstrated that such a use is no longer viable or<br />
appropriate (see Policy DM2 in the Core Strategy), then alternative development could be<br />
considered.
