Proposed Development<br />
3.414 Given that land on the south east and south western boundaries of the paddock<br />
rises by a couple of metres, in order to reduce the impact on the nearby conservation area,<br />
this land should remain undeveloped . T he existing trees located along the boundary help<br />
to screen Ash Grove from the village and these should be retained as part of any development<br />
proposals for the site.<br />
3.415 Figure 3.28 sets out the constraints and opportunities which would need to be taken<br />
into account in any development proposal.<br />
