Responsibility towards the customers<br />

Customer care<br />

Customer care and satisfaction are the key focus of<br />

HT’s Call Center activities. Its agents are ready to<br />

answer all questions or provide support on a 24/7<br />

basis, by phone, e-mail, postal mail and fax. The<br />

Call Centre plays a key role in the maintenance of<br />

good relations with customers. Besides providing<br />

information, it also sells products and services<br />

tailored to customers’ individual needs.<br />

Monitoring customer satisfaction<br />

T-HT continuously monitors customer satisfaction and<br />

loyalty, using the TRI*M methodology. This enables<br />

T-HT to evaluate the efficiency of business processes<br />

within the Group and identify where improvement is<br />

required.<br />

Responsible approach to customers<br />

T-HT tailors its services to take into account the<br />

varying needs of its customers’ needs, as evidenced<br />

by special discounts, shops accessible to disabled<br />

people, special packages for customers on low<br />

incomes, services for young people, discounts<br />

granted to Croatian Homeland War disabled veterans,<br />

the MAXtv parental protection, protection for Internet<br />

users and various billing options such as web billing,<br />

voice billing and e-billing. In addition, T-HT complies<br />

with the Code of Advertising Standards, which<br />

prescribes advertising rules and principles.<br />

Advanced technology available to all<br />

As leader and innovator in the Croatian<br />

telecommunications market, T-HT continues to<br />

invest in the development of innovative technologies,<br />

broadband, IPTV and LTE technology. T-HT was the<br />

first operator in Croatia to offer the opportunity to test<br />

the most advanced LTE network, which provided up<br />

to 10 times higher data transmission rates.<br />

tCloud<br />

In <strong>2011</strong>, the Group also started offering new and<br />

innovative services in the cloud. The tCloud Računalo<br />

(tCloud Computing) service enables business<br />

customers to use a virtual IT infrastructure without<br />

the cost of IT equipment — and it also saves energy.<br />

For residential customers, Spremalica (Data Storage)<br />

and Sinkronizacija podataka (Data Synchronization)<br />

services, provide easy and secure online storage and<br />

content sharing capabilities.<br />

Planet9<br />

T-HT’s Planet9 online bookshop and Planet9 e-book<br />

reader enables access to a virtual library at any time<br />

and any place.<br />

MAXtv To Go<br />

T-HT’s Internet TV offering has been expanded with a<br />

new service called MAXtv To Go. This enables viewers<br />

to watch MAXtv on the move, via mobile handsets and<br />

computers, and on additional screens at home.<br />

HotHot<br />

HotHot, the first local geo-location application in the<br />

Croatian language, gives smartphone owners an easy<br />

and practical overview of attractive consumer offers in<br />

the vicinity.<br />

Responsibility towards the suppliers<br />

T-HT implements a Sustainable Procurement<br />

Program for the purchase of products and services<br />

within the entire Group. The Group endeavors to<br />

obtain optimal value whilst considering factors such<br />

as price, quality, availability and functionality, the<br />

impact of product and/or service on the environment,<br />

social aspects, working conditions and human rights.<br />

The Sustainable Procurement Program includes<br />

supply chain management with regard to social and<br />

ecological risks and the possibility of long-term benefit<br />

for the Company, supplier selection under clearly<br />

defined minimum standards (including Social Charter<br />

or International Labor Organization conventions), and<br />

regular checks to ensure compliance.<br />

Afforestation of fire affected areas<br />

T-HT continued with its project of afforestation of<br />

areas affected by fire for the fourth consecutive year,
