Cooperation and data availability and the<br />
timely access to these data are highly<br />
important to proceed with network<br />
activities according to planning and to<br />
provide quality outputs. These elements<br />
will definitely impact the usefulness of the<br />
project <strong>report</strong> results and the benefit all<br />
stakeholders can have from it.<br />
Many activities are planned in RENA. The<br />
allocation of staff and resources to<br />
participate in the events may be a bit<br />
difficult in a number of cases. Not only in<br />
terms of quantity, also in terms of quality.<br />
This may mainly refer to representatives of<br />
public administrations (many countries<br />
having limited experienced senior<br />
resources) and civil society <strong>org</strong>anisations.<br />
The efficiency and effectiveness of the<br />
knowledge transfer in the workshops and<br />
events will highly depend on this aspect.<br />
Proper project implementation is served<br />
with a stable environment. Continuity will<br />
be an important aspect in building up<br />
ownership and the use of the project<br />
results. Since the project deals with<br />
countries that have so far shown regular<br />
political and administrative alterations it is<br />
likely that in some of them relevant changes<br />
potentially impacting project results will<br />
take place<br />
