The cost of production of one kilogram processed cheese is estimated to be 1.960
JD/kg assuming a separate factory is established with a capacity of one ton daily,
taking into consideration capital and running costs, and assuming the cost of white
cheese is 1.800 JD/kg and the cost of labanah is 1.300 JD/kg. However, the cost is
reduced to 1.930 fils if a line for processed cheese is installed in an already established
dairy factory.
