means that exposure during intervals of play between<br />

periods, half-time and time-outs is not counted. These<br />

20 minutes must also be equally distributed among the<br />

four periods. This provision will not be applied in the<br />

Game of the Week.<br />

During the games designated as Game of the Week,<br />

the clubs must make the entire time available on the<br />

electronic advertising system to EP, for the <strong>Euroleague</strong><br />

sponsors. EP will make available 12 minutes of<br />

exposure on the electronic advertising system for the<br />

club’s sponsors. These 12 minutes will be divided into<br />

two sponsorship packages that the club may sell to its<br />

own partners, respecting the exclusivity granted to the<br />

<strong>Euroleague</strong> sponsors.<br />

The necessary time to display the official video of the<br />

competition, which the Company will provide to all<br />

clubs, on the electronic advertising system. This video<br />

must be displayed at the beginning of each period, as<br />

well as during the team presentation. It will not be<br />

counted as part of the 20 minutes reserved to EP. This<br />

video will be shown on the electronic advertising<br />

system at tip-off.<br />

An advertising space for direct marketing actions,<br />

promotional campaigns, sample distribution and on-site<br />

sales purposes.<br />

e) It is not allowed to advertise any non-<strong>Euroleague</strong><br />

<strong>Basketball</strong> event on the electronic advertising system<br />

unless authorised by the Company.<br />

f) In no case will advertising be allowed in the vicinity of the<br />

electronic advertising boards, behind the team bench area,<br />

behind the scorer’s table, or in any other area within the<br />

master camera coverage, except for what is stated in point<br />

g) below.<br />

g) Advertising on the benches (seats, cushions, protective<br />

wall, etc) can be managed by the club but must not<br />

interfere with the visibility of the game from the seating<br />

area and on TV. The logo of competitions other than the<br />

<strong>Euroleague</strong> may not be displayed.<br />

h) Advertising is also permitted outside the TV cameras<br />

coverage and on a video screen, located away from the<br />

playing court. If advertising announcements include audio,<br />
