presented against the rulings of the Disciplinary Judge that do not fall<br />

under Article 48.2 below, as stated in Article 63 hereof.<br />

2. Appeals against permanent disqualification, disqualifications for more<br />

than five games, prohibition from having access to the arenas for more<br />

than one year, and fines exceeding 20,000 euros, will be heard by the<br />

Appeals Panel.<br />

3. The Appeals Panel will hear in its entirety the appeal against a ruling by<br />

the Disciplinary Judge in the event that said ruling has imposed two or<br />

more sanctions based on the same factual grounds and/or legal<br />

arguments but, due to the imposed sanctions, the appeal requires being<br />

divided between the Appeals Judge and the Appeals Panel.<br />

Article 49.<br />

The parties to a disciplinary proceeding must use English as the language<br />

for communication. As such, the costs of any necessary translations will be<br />

the responsibility of the club concerned.<br />

The members of the disciplinary bodies may call for the use of interpreters.<br />

SECTION II: COMMON REGULATIONS<br />

Article 50.<br />

Sanctions may only be imposed by virtue of a proceeding opened to that<br />

effect in accordance with the provisions established in this section. If, once<br />

a disciplinary proceeding has been initiated, the offender recognises their<br />

responsibility, the proceeding may be resolved with the imposing of the<br />

corresponding sanction.<br />

Article 51.<br />

Any person or entity whose rights or interests may be affected by the<br />

opening of a disciplinary proceeding, may request to intervene in this<br />

proceeding and, from this moment on, will thereafter have the condition of<br />

party concerned for the effects of notifications, arguments in defence,<br />

allegations, proposals and sifting of evidence.<br />

Article 52.<br />

All decisions and rulings issued in disciplinary proceedings affecting the<br />
