) Expenses per game<br />

The expenses to be charged to the clubs participating in<br />

this phase will be the following:<br />

Travel expenses (flight tickets/train tickets/car km, etc).<br />

Meal expenses (a maximum of two meal allowances of<br />

40 euros each per game day).<br />

Other expenses (taxi from airport-hotel, hotel-arena,<br />

etc).<br />

With reference to accommodation, the host of the <strong>Euroleague</strong><br />

Qualifying Rounds games must book the hotel where the<br />

<strong>Euroleague</strong> <strong>Basketball</strong> delegate will stay for a maximum of five<br />

nights (the night before the games and the night of the games).<br />

Accommodation will be provided in a 4-star hotel on a bed and<br />

breakfast basis.<br />

All <strong>Euroleague</strong> <strong>Basketball</strong> delegates fees and expenses will be<br />

covered by the participating clubs proportionally to the games<br />

played by each team.<br />

Article 3.<br />

Procedure for Officials Fees and Expenses Charged to EP<br />

and the Clubs<br />

In accordance with the fees and expenses described previously,<br />

each of the three referees and the <strong>Euroleague</strong> <strong>Basketball</strong><br />

delegate will issue an invoice to EP. Subsequently, EP will issue<br />

an invoice to each of the clubs according to the games played.<br />

The clubs will make the payment immediately upon receipt of<br />

the corresponding invoice issued by EP.<br />
