84.3. <strong>Euroleague</strong>.net Requirements<br />

Press Releases: All press releases generated by the Media<br />

Department of a club must be sent simultaneously also to<br />

<strong>Euroleague</strong>.net by email (news@euroleague.net), in the<br />

original language and, if possible, with a summary in<br />

English.<br />

Website Cooperation: All clubs are required, when<br />

requested, to make available their own website content for<br />

use on <strong>Euroleague</strong>.net by sharing directly and/or supplying<br />

translations, contacts and picture reprint rights, if<br />

necessary. Clubs are required to include content reprint<br />

rights for republication on <strong>Euroleague</strong>.net in any contracts<br />

with third-party content providers.<br />

Roster Status: Before the Regular Season draw, clubs will<br />

supply to <strong>Euroleague</strong>.net a list of players under contract<br />

the following season.<br />

Roster Signings/Releases: All signings of new players or<br />

coaches, and all terminated contracts between the club and<br />

its players or coaches, must be immediately reported by<br />

the club to <strong>Euroleague</strong>.net once the club has made this<br />

information official and/or either party (player/coach or<br />

club) has confirmed it to any local or international media.<br />

Pre-Season: All appropriate club personnel – players,<br />

coaches, general managers, media office staff, etc – will be<br />

informed about the media access and <strong>Euroleague</strong>.net<br />

collaboration guidelines that concern them. All pre-season<br />

schedules and results will be supplied by the club to<br />

<strong>Euroleague</strong>.net in a timely manner (schedules before the<br />

first pre-season game; results within two hours after each<br />

game ends).<br />

Game Week: At least 36 hours before the start of a game,<br />

each club will publish on its website or email to<br />

<strong>Euroleague</strong>.net a pre-game quote from the head coach<br />

(one paragraph) and another from at least one player (one<br />

paragraph) about the following game, in English.<br />
