72.10.2. The official ball may not be used in competitions other than the<br />

<strong>Euroleague</strong>, unless it is approved by the Company.<br />

72.10.3. No markings that may be visible in photos or on TV footage will<br />

be allowed on the ball.<br />

72.10.4. The Company has the right to select the design of the ball carts<br />

and include the <strong>Euroleague</strong> logo and the logos of any or all of its<br />

sponsors on their sides.<br />

72.10.5. It will be compulsory to place the ball carts designated by the<br />

Company on the centre of the playing court and within the TV<br />

cameras coverage before the game and during half-time.<br />

Article 73.<br />

Merchandise<br />

73.1. EP will be the only entity responsible for the production and/or<br />

sale of <strong>Euroleague</strong> merchandise.<br />

73.2. The clubs will collaborate with EP and/or the Company in the<br />

production, sale and promotion of the merchandise that they<br />

produce for commercial purposes during each phase of the<br />

competition and for other <strong>Euroleague</strong> events. For these<br />

purposes, the clubs will collaborate in the following manner:<br />

a) Each season, the clubs will send a report on their existing<br />

non-branded and branded merchandise collection (detailed<br />

with existing items/references) to the Company before 1<br />

September.<br />

b) The Company will send to the clubs the proposed<br />

items/references and designs of the <strong>Euroleague</strong> collection<br />

for the season before 7 September.<br />

c) The clubs will communicate whether they agree with the<br />

proposal no later than 15 September, to enable the<br />

Company to make the due changes to the collection. If no<br />

feedback is received before this date, the collection will be<br />

considered as correct and ready for production.<br />

d) The Company will approve the final design of the collection<br />

no later than 30 September, in order to produce it and<br />

launch it no later than 1 December.<br />

e) The main method of sale will be through the <strong>Euroleague</strong><br />

online store. Once the collection has been launched online<br />

each club and the Company will discuss on how to access<br />
