d) A foul was called prior to the illumination of the red LED<br />

lights (signalling the end of playing time).<br />

1.2. A foul called with no time remaining on the main game clock<br />

(0:00) at the end of any period or any extra period. The<br />

referees will review the footage to determine the following<br />

issue only: whether the foul that was called occurred PRIOR<br />

to the illumination of the red LED lights (signalling the end of<br />

playing time).<br />

The referees will be permitted to utilise instant replay to<br />

determine whether (and how much) time should be put on the<br />

game clock but only when it is confirmed through replay that<br />

a foul was called prior to the illumination of the red LED lights<br />

(signalling the end of playing time).<br />

1.3. An error/malfunction occurs in the main game clock and it<br />

does not stop after the referees blow the whistle, or the main<br />

game clock starts running before the ball is in play. The<br />

referees will review the footage to determine the following<br />

issues only: how much time actually expired and how much<br />

time (if any) is remaining in the period.<br />

1.4. An error/malfunction occurs in the 24-second clock and it<br />

does not stop after the referees blow the whistle, or the 24-<br />

second clock starts running before the ball is in play. The<br />

referees will review the footage to determine the following<br />

issues only: how much time actually expired and how much<br />

1.5. Individuals engage in a fight. The referees will review the<br />

footage to determine the following issues only: the identity of<br />

all individuals involved in the fight, as well as the appropriate<br />

penalty for each individual.<br />

1.6. A player is fouled in the act of shooting for a field goal. The<br />

referees will review the footage to determine the following<br />

issue only: whether the field goal attempt was a two-point or<br />

three-point field goal.<br />

1.7. The referees are unsure whether a field goal made was a twopoint<br />

or three-point field goal. The referees will review the<br />

footage to determine the following issue only: whether the<br />

field goal made was a two-point or three-point field goal.<br />

1.8. The referees are unsure whether a 24-second violation<br />

occurred immediately prior to a field goal made. The referees<br />

will review the footage to determine the following issue only:<br />
