Article 101.<br />

Recording of the Game<br />

101.1. The home club must provide five DVD copies with a recording of<br />

the TV broadcast of the full game immediately after the end of<br />

the game: one to the visiting team, one to each of the referees<br />

and one to the <strong>Euroleague</strong> <strong>Basketball</strong> delegate.<br />

101.2. The home club will allow the visiting club to use a camera if the<br />

visiting club wishes to record the game.<br />

Article 102.<br />

Public Address System<br />

102.1. The public address system inside the arena may be used to<br />

inform the spectators of incidents arising during the game in the<br />

playing area. It may not be used as a means to give support or<br />

in such a manner as to alter the emotional state of the<br />

spectators. The only exception is that, after every home team’s<br />

basket scored, the speaker and the DJ will each have three<br />

seconds to celebrate it and play music respectively. In no case<br />

may the public address system be used to incite violence. The<br />

public address system may also be used for promotional actions<br />

during time-outs, intervals of play between periods and halftime.<br />

102.2. Without prejudice to what is established in Article 102.1, during<br />

the games music may only be played through the public address<br />

system in time-outs, intervals of play between periods and<br />

during half-time. Any other use and obviously a use that might<br />

negatively affect the emotions of the spectators or incite<br />

violence is entirely prohibited. The installation of loudspeakers in<br />

close proximity to the team benches and scorer’s table is not<br />

authorised.<br />

102.3. Without detriment to any disciplinary measures that might be<br />

applicable, the Company may prohibit the use of the public<br />

address system or musical instruments for clubs that fail to<br />

comply with the provisions of the two previous sections.<br />

Article 103.<br />

Entertainment<br />

The game entertainment staff cannot abuse basketball<br />

equipment, obstruct the view of the electronic advertising<br />

boards or perform actions that disturb players, coaching staff<br />

and referees or any other person involved in the game.<br />
