Description: The relatively hard water (< 19˚dH) forms mud and rust deposits in warm-water pipes because of corrosion and limestone
formation.
PEP 04 combines the properties of phosphates and silicates , prevents corrosion and limestone deposits.
The two effects of PEP 04 are :
- Limestone removal: the calcium and magnesium ions are inhibited by the polyphosphate and their chemical transformation is
stopped. The forming of the limestone cristalls is prevented in this way.
- Anticorrosion: phosphates and silicates form negative particles at the anodes of the solution of iron and calcium, it isolates the
metal from the oxidating elements.
Physical and chemical properties: - colourless and scentless fluid
- density: 1,16 (±0,02)
- pH-value in 1% solution >9,0
- critical point: -6˚C
Usage mode: The dosage of PEP 04 depends on the conditioning water quantity and the pipes’ state.
Product ready to use. The inlet of the product depends on the rate flow and is made through a dosing station.
Recommendation: Inlet in the circuit is done through a dosing station directly depending on the water flow rate.

CHLORINE DISINFECTION PRODUCT
> Prochlore
Description: Prochlore is a disinfection product for drinking water pipes and is used as oxidating means for microbiological germs.
Its various efficiency is very large, it acts on groups of micro-organisms from water supply szstems.
PROCHLORE is used as preventive conditioning for warm-water pipes. In its form the hydrochloric acid acts upon the
membrane of the micro-organisms and blocks the enzymatic functioning of the metabolism through its oxidating action upon
their tissues.
PROCHLORE has a specific remanent effect as all the chlorine substances. It is also used against the Legionella bacteria
proliferation (as preventive or curative treatment).
Physical and chemical properties: - complex of sodic hypochloride at 48˚chlorinemetric and phosphate substances for stabilising the product.

Usage mode: Considering that:
- 1 g chlorinemetric = 3,17 g chlorine / l
- Prochlore is 48 º chlorinemetric, that is 48 x 3,17 g = 152,16 g free chlorine/l

Dosing for preventive treatment: Maximal 1,5 mg/l
Recommendation: The pipes must be clean, rinsed and disinfected when:
- it funktions for the first time
- after repair and modifications
- it is infected.
Precautions: When a pipe is infected with the Legionella bacteria , it is recommended to undergo a preventive treatment after the curative one.
PROCHLORE must be deposited in aired rooms. It is vorbidden to mix it with acids.
