Description:
NET GEL R.I. is an antifreezing agent on monopropylene-glycol basis and corrosion inhibitory agents (protection of
various metals including aluminium ), alkaline reserves, biocides.
Physical and chemical properties:
- Red fluid.
- Density 1,050.
- pH-value : 7,4.
- Contains a biocide.
Usage mode:
According to the following table:

50 1,030 -33
40 1,027 -21
30 1,024 -14
Determining the quantity of NET GEL R.I. to be injected:
- By evaluating the capacity of the installation to be protected
- By determinating the protection temperature (see table above)
Cleaning the installation:
- It is recommended to previously clean the installation.
- If mud or oxides are present they must be removed previous to using antifreezing agents.
- Even when none of the above-mentioned substances exist, a complete evacuation and rinsing before NET GEL R.I.
usage is necessary.
Introduction of NET GEL R.I. in the installations:
A mixture of water and antifreezing agent is to be prepared in a tub, in order to obtain a homogenous mixture.
