Cleaning in two phases.
Determinating the CLARIMAG filters by flow rate: 3 m³/h, 5 m³/h, 10 m³/h, 15 m³/h.
CLARIMAG 3 (model 3 m³/h) can be mounted in small installations during their functionating. For all other types (CLARIMAG
5-10-15) the branch mounting is recommended in order not to disturb the circulation.
Notable: to calculate the flow rate of an installation Power in kcal
ΔT (must be between 15 and 20 °C)
Important: for the branch mounting a portion of ⅓ of the calculated flow rate must be passed through the CLARIMAG filter.
How do we choose CLARIMAG:
- 30 kW installation: 25800 kcal; ΔT = 15 °C; flow rate = 1720 l/h. In this case the model 3 m³/h can be mounted in circuit or
branch.
- 650 kW installation: 559000 kcal; ΔT = 16 °C; flow rate = 34938 l/h. Adjusting at ⅓ in branch, so 34938 l/h: 3 = 11646 l/h. In
this case the model 15 m³/h can be mounted in branch.
Clarimag will be mounted in return circuit:
- Fluid intake in CLARIMAG always from above.
- Evacuation above or at the bottom for CLARIMAG 3 and CLARIMAG 5 models and only at the bottom for CLARIMAG 10
and CLARIMAG 15 models.
