MAGNETIC FILTER

To protect a new installation with chemical anticorrosive conditioning, a filter can be added to magnetically capture
residues and to remove oxide particles that can cause failures at heat exchanger and other installation devices.
Usage mode:
- Very well knowledge of the installation (fabrication materials, when aluminium choose the appropriate product).
- Choosing CLARIMAG filter and installation definition.
- HYDROCHAUFF product intake through the filter.
- At every check the pump must be activated and the impurities removed.
The protection check will be done following the rules:
- PH-value > 9,5;
- Suspending matters – mg/l < 100;
- Iron concentration mg/l < 0,5;
- Copper concentration mg/l < 0,2;
- Phosphates mg/l P2O5
> 4.
If necessary:
- Sulfites > 20
- TH °f < 5
- TA °f > 5
- TAC °f > 20
A conditioned and controlled installation quarantees optimal and long-lasting functioning .

In case of failures in functioning because of oxides and mud.
Usage mode:
- Well knowledge of the installation.
- CLARIMAG filter choice and mounting.
Curative conditioning for impurities removal
- Injection of 1,2 to 1,5 l HYDROCHAUFF in a m³ water from the pipes.
- Switch on the heating circuit and often check the oxide scale on the magnetic filter.
- Constant removal of residues captured at the magnetic filter.
- Restoring the product concentration according to the evacuated water quantity.
- End of the curative treatment set by the following criteria : suspending elements < 100 mg/l.
Preventive treatment:
The HYDROCHAUFF dosis must always be between 1,2 and 1,5 l.
