> Hydraulic Dosing Pump with no Electricity or Counter
Dosing Group for Decontamination of Sanitary Water Pipes
Group is set on a frame, equipped with:
- A filter 20 μ, flow rate 1200 l/h
- Pressure limitator resistent 4 bar
- A pressure gauge for control
- A storage tank
- A dosing pump:
- Minimal flow rate 20 l/h
- Minimal pressure 0,5 bar
- Maximal pressure 5 bar
- Usage temperature 40 ˚C
- Two flexible connection tubes.
Functioning of proportional dosing unit:
The water flow, even in small amounts, sets the motor piston in action, which sets the dosing
unit piston in motion, the product is being absorbed and transferred in the pipe water.
1st Phase:
When water flows in, A pushes the piston C, which sets the mixture in motion in C. At the same time the dosing unit piston D absorbs the
product and injects it in the homogenising room.
At the end of this phase the admission flaps 2 open and the evacuation flaps 1 close.
2nd Phase:
The B piston falls down and a portion of the solution is injected in the homogenisation room. At the inferior end of the stroke the evacuation
flaps 1 open and the admission flaps 2 close, the circuit continues.
Connection diagram
Note: the pump is adjusted for a 0,2% dose.
- flow rate 2 g/l
- follow the technical instructions of the Prochlore product
- dissolving in 50% water is necessary to get to a dose of 150 mg/l .
- calculation: in 1 liter Prochlore with 48˚concentration there are 152 g of free chlorine: 152.000 mg x 0,2% = 304 mg when we dilute the
product 50% the dosage is 152 mg/l
