Kit for Limestone Removal and Neutralisation.
> CALEX DOSA-NEUTRE Ref. 4095
Description:
The CALEX DOSA-NEUTRE Kit contains 1 l limestone solvent and ½ l neutraliser.
The limestone removal solution is an acid solution dosed for dissolving 150 g limestone in 15 minutes.
The limestone removal solution has colorimetric indicator.
The neutraliser allows the reduction of the dissolving solution to a neutral pH-value in order to dispose
it in the canalisation.
Application mode:
1. Connect the inlet and outlet of the warm-water heat exchanger at the pump (see diagram 1).
2. Fill 3 l of water in the pump tank TUBNET CLASSIC.
3. Put the valve into an intermediary position.
4. Put the pump in function and reverse the circuit direction turning the position of the valve from left
to right.
5. Check if the water circulates and if the connection parts are proofing.
6. Progressively introduce the limestone removal product.
Observation: The limestone removal product hat colorimetric property. When there are no more gas and the colour of the removing
solution stays yellow, the limestone removal process can be considered finished.
7. In order to respect the present rules the pH-value of the residues must be between 6 and 8,5.
Before disposal we recommend neutralisation.
8. Restart functioning: when the heat exchanger restarts right away, rinse with clean water.
