Inhibitory and Protective Products against Limestone, Oxide Scale and Bacteria
Contamination
For any Type of Central Heating Plants Made up of Various Metals and Synthetic
Materials
> HYDROCHAUFF DESEMBOUANT
Can be used at installation cleaning before the preventive treatment.
Description: Prevents limestone building and deposit and also corrosion in circuits, chemical reactions in heating plants made up of copper. It
composition makes it very applicable (for dispersion, limestone removal, corrosion, noise and polymetal-reducer) it does not
need complicated technical devices for use and contact. HYDROCHAUFF DESEMBOUANT is used for treatments of central
heating plants, closed circuits of air-conditioning plants, presses, condensers.
Physical and chemical properties: - corrosion and limestone inhibitory agent, pH-value regulator, dispersion agent, oxygen reducer.
- brown, clear fluid
- pH-value (pure product) : 10,2
- density at 20ºC : 1,045
- solidification point: 0ºC.
Usage mode: Dosage: between 1 – 3 l/m 3 depending on water properties. Control by the pH-value: must be over 8,25. Control must be yearly
done after sufficient water has flown. Cleaning the circuits.
Dosage: 1 – 2 l for 100 l of water, put into function at heat (50 – 60 ºC). Complete evacuation of the installation after 1 to 2
weeks of functioning, rinsing and refilling, pH-value control.
Recommendation: In order to prevent the disturbances by suspending oxygen bubbles at installations older than 2 years a complete cleaning
must be undertaken before any treatment. Each old and dirty installation must first be evaluated before any treatment.
Reservation: Exclusive professional usage. See security data sheet.
Packaging: 1/2 l can with Ref. no. 7500, 2 l can with Ref. no. 7501 or 20 l can with Ref. no. 7503.
User recommendation: Product for professional usage according to instructions. We do not assume any responsibility in case of inexpediently
use of the product.
Corrosion Reducing and Anti-Sedimentary Agents
For any Type of Central Heating Plants Made up of Various Metals and Synthetic
Materials (with the Exception of Aluminium)
> HYDROCHAUFF CLARIMAG
Can be used at installation cleaning before the preventive treatment.
Description: HYDROCHAUFF CLARIMAG is suited for the water conditioning of closed circuits. It reacts against corrosion and sediment
building in these circuits. The components have dispersion effects and allows for the product to be used for cleaning, it reduces
noised caused by gas excesses and keeps the pH-value at equal level . Do not use in circuits where aluminium, alloys or derivates
exist.
Physical and chemical properties: - corrosion and limestone inhibitory agent
- gas reducer
- dispersion effect
- amberlike coloured fluid
- pH-value (pure product):
- density at 20ºC:
Usage mode: Dosage: between 1,2 and 1,5 l/m 3 depending on the water properties.
- Control through the pH-value at 1,2 l/m 3 : must be over 9,5 at 20º ; or through measuring P2O5 (must be 30 mg/l). Control must
be yearly done after sufficient water has flown. Cleaning the circuits.
- At slow cleaning treatment the dosage must be 5% after injection, circulation at heat (50 – 60 ºC) with many evacuations until
clear water flows (
