Description: BIO CHAUFF is a biocide disinfection product that prevents and distroys micro-organic and bacterial colonies building from all<br />
heating and air-conditioning plants,in fact from all plants that have an open-air expansion tank, as from installations made up <strong>of</strong><br />
synthetic materials.<br />
Physical and chemical properties: - chlorine phenol biocide in a non-toxic organic solution<br />
- clear yellow fluid (turbid in solution)<br />
- specific odour<br />
- pH-value (concentrated): 6,3<br />
- density: 1,06 – 1,10<br />
Usage mode: Shock treatment <strong>of</strong> very contaminated installations. Dosis introduction . Circulating. Evacuation.<br />
Preventive treatment: Dosage: 100 ml/100 l water. Do not use only BIO CHAUFF. Introduce it directly in the circuit with HYDROCHAUFF<br />
900 or HYDROCHAUFF ALU (anticorrosive agent) one after another. Do not mix in pure state.<br />
Recommendation: Before using BIO CHAUFF the installation must be cleaned from mud and impurities.<br />
Attention: Product is harmful but not toxic or dangerous. It is rapidly biodegradable, iritant for eyes and skin. Use gloves. If eye contact rinse<br />
with water and soap right away . Product is harmful and must not be swallowed. Keep away from children.<br />

SEALING PRODUCT<br />

Description: Especially developed to seal the cracks and leaks <strong>of</strong> central heating plants with warm-water preparation (boiler, radiators).<br />
Properties: Black fluid. Density 1,06. pH-value : alkaline. Viscosity (20ºC) : 130. Water soluble and compatible with all antifreezing products.<br />
Not reacting with cast iron, copper, steel. There are special conditions for aluminium, consult us.<br />
Usage mode: Dosage between 1,2 and 1,5 l/m 3 dpending on water properties. Control by the pH-value at 1,2 l/m 3 : must be about 9,5 at 20º ; or<br />
through the measuring <strong>of</strong> P 2O 5 (must be 30 mg/l ). Control must be yearly done after sufficient water has flown. Cleaning the<br />
circuits.<br />
At slow cleaning treatment the dosage must be 5% after injection, circulation at heat (50 – 60 ºC) with many evacuations until<br />
