PROXYDE (Ecora) Description: PROXYDE is a disinfection product on hydrogen peroxyd and para-acetic acid basis. Used in treatments for air-conditioning installations. PROXYDE (Ecora) once dosed has the following technical properties : - Non iritant for skin, eyes or respiratory organs - Produces no foam - Non polluting, not harmful (no harmful side effects) - Degradable at 99,5% - No resistence to bacteria - Long-lasting, remannent effect - Prevents and protects against recontamination - Distroys bio-films Bio-films are micro-organisms that are settled in a film, this makes them resistant to external conditions. Depending on the dosage PROXYDE (ECORA) is : Against bacteriae: - bactericide in 15 minutes Against fungi: - fungicide in 30 minutes Against spores: - Spore-killer in 30 minutes. Physical and chemical properties: - para-acetic acid /catalyst hydrogen peroxyd - colourless and odourless fluid - density : 1± 0,05 - pH-value : 5,3 ± 0,2 - biodegradable: > 99,5% Usage mode: - through atomization - through neutralisation - through dissolution Surface disinfection by atomization : dosage 2% Surface disinfection through neutralisation of air-conditioning plants: dosage 1% Surface disinfection and bio-film distruction in heating pump circuits: dosage 1 - 3% Recommendation: Contraindications of usage are very rare opposed to other disinfection matters l. DISINFECTION TREATMENT OF AIR-COOLING PLANTS > BIOCIDE 80 Description: BIOCID 80 is a powerful disinfection product on quadruple amonium basis, with surfactant agents and algae, bacteriae and fungi killing substances . Special solution for distroying micro-organisms from air-cooling installations. The usage range is very large and has huge usage flexibility. Must be used sequentially , no continuous injection. To play for safety we recommend alternating the product with BIOCIDE 90 as it has a different mollecular structure. Physical and chemical properties: Ready to use fluid Density at 20ºC : 1,05 pH-value (pure): 7,3 Usage mode: manuel injection through dosing pump. For a rapid bacteriae distruction the shock dosis is 300 g/ m 3. BIOCIDE 80 cannot be mixed in treatment with chlorine or peroxide based products. Recommendation: BIOCIDE 80 kills the most often micro-organisms found in the air-cooling systems. Its formula allows the degrading , it is non-pollutive (when kept within a certain concentration) Is easy to use and needs no special technical devices . Reservation: Exclusive professional usage.
