NEUTRALISING AGENTS
> Powder Neutralising Agent
NEUTREX
Description: Powder neutralising agent, contains sodium carbonate and sodium phosphate , used for neutralising acid residues.
Physical and chemical properties: - white powder
- pH-value: alkaline
- water-soluble.
Using mode: NEUTREX is soluble in water by ratio 1 kg for 20 l of water. After stone scale removal, antioxidation operation and
evacuation and rinsing, injecting NEUTREX in the pipes allows for neutralisation and passivating of all acid
residues.
The neutralisation control is made by pH-value check between 9 and 10.
Be sure to mix and distribute the neutralising solution well before evacuating.
Recommendation: Do not mix NEUTREX with an acid (chemical reaction).
Reservation: Exclusive professional usage. See security data sheet.
Packaging: 1 kg with Ref. 4102 / 8 kg Ref. 4110 / 25 kg Ref. 4111.
User recommendation: Product for professional usage according to instructions. We do not assume any responsibility in case of
inexpediently use of the product.
> Fluid, Filmlike, Passivating Neutralising Product
NPF
Description: NPF is a combination of neutralising, passivating and filmlike substances.
NPF neutralises the acid residues and passivates the metal surfaces.
NPF produces a protection film, very efficient in installations that will not be filled with water right away, and will
stay dry for a period of time.
Physical and chemical properties: - green fluid
- pH-value: alkaline
- odour: neutral.
Using mode: After stone removal and antioxidating operation, evacuation and rinsing, injecting NPF in installations will
neutralise and passivate all acid residues. The dosage is between 0,5 and 3% according to the pH-value between 9,3
and 12. Be sure to mix and distribute the neutralising solution well. Leave it to circulate for one hour at heat or cold
before evacuating.
Recommendation: Do not store in cold environment.
Reservation: Exclusive professional usage. See security data sheet.
Packaging: 1 l can with Ref. no. 4086 or 20 l can Ref. 4090.
User recommendation: Product for professional usage according to instructions. We do not assume any responsibility in case of
inexpediently use of the product.
> Residue Neutraliser
NEUTRAL
Description: It is a chemical product on caustic soda basis, used for the neutralisation of limestone removal residues. The pHvalue
must be smaller than 6,5.
Physical and chemical properties: - translucid fluid
- pH-value : alkaline
- exotherm chemical reaction.
Usage mode: Ready to use product. Mix it with the still acid limestone solvent in order to obtain the neutralising norm between
6,5 and 8,5.
Recommendation: When the neutralising solution is too acid , dilute Neutral until the pH-value 6,5 is to avoid heavy heating of
the solution.
Reservation: Exclusive professional usage. See security data sheet.
Packaging: 1 l can with Ref. no. 4088 or 5 l can with Ref. no. 4089.
User recommendation: Product for professional usage according to instructions. We do not assume any responsibility in case of
inexpediently use of the product.
