ANTIFREEZE SOLUTIONS FOR AIRCONDITIONING PLANTS

Description:
NET GEL CLIM SANIT is an antifreezing agent on monopropylene-glycol basis and corrosion inhibitory agents,
used in airconditioning circuits where a fluidification of the antifreezing agent at low temperature is necessary.
Physical and chemical properties:
- Red fluid
- Density 1,045.
- PH-value: 8,5 – 9.
- Non toxic.
Usage mode:
According to the following table:

Determining the quantity of NET GEL CLIM SANIT to be injected:
- By evaluating the capacity of the installation to be protected
- By determinating the protection temperature (see table no.1)
Cleaning the installation:
- It is recommended to previously clean the installation.
- If mud or oxides are present they must be removed previous to using antifreezing agents.
- Even when none of the above-mentioned substances exist, a complete evacuation and rinsing before NET GEL
CLIM SANIT usage is necessary.
Introduction of NET GEL CLIM SANIT in the pipes by 2 methods:
1 - Filling procedure: Net Gel will be introduced through the highest installation point, for many times , in order to
obtain a homogenous composition.
2 - A mixture of water and antifreezing agent can also be used, mixing them in a tub to have it homogenous, the
mixture will then be introduced with an injection pump through an evacuation point or a valve.
Quality check for the antifreezing agent mixture:
- Control will be done every 2 years.
- Antifreezing agent concentration: density (see above table).
- Anticorrosive effect with alkaline pH-value.
Recommendation:
In case of huge installations made out of various metals a intensifying inhibitory solution may be needed in order to
prevent corrosion (we recommend our consulting).
The ideal dosage beginns from 30% up for a better balance between inhibitory and alkaline reserves.
