Secretary of Campus Affairs shall:<br />

(a) serve as liaison to Food Services, Facilities Management, and Office<br />

of <strong>Student</strong> Affairs of <strong>Tougaloo</strong> <strong>College</strong><br />

(b) inform SGA and student body of food service concerns from Food<br />

Services, Facilities Management, and Office of <strong>Student</strong> Affairs of<br />

<strong>Tougaloo</strong> <strong>College</strong> and vice versa<br />

Secretary of Civic Affairs shall:<br />

(a) serve as liaison to the Office of Institutional Advancement<br />

(b) be responsible for coordinating community service projects with<br />

each class representative<br />

(c) work closely with local civic organizations to help establish new<br />

relationships between <strong>Tougaloo</strong> <strong>College</strong> and the community<br />

ARTICLE VI<br />

COMMITTEES<br />

Section 1:<br />

Executive Committee<br />

The Executive Committee shall have general control of the affairs of the SGA subject to<br />

the authority granted by its members. The Executive Committee shall consist of the President,<br />

Vice President, Judiciary Chairman, Mr. and Miss <strong>Tougaloo</strong>, General Secretary, Parliamentarian,<br />

and Sector Secretaries.<br />

Standing Committees<br />

(a) <strong>Student</strong> Activities Committee shall:<br />

1) Be responsible for the creation and implementation of the<br />

campus co-curricular and extracurricular activities<br />

sponsored by the SGA<br />

2) Coordinate activities of all registered student organizations<br />

3) Consist of representatives from all registered<br />

student organizations, in addition to Class<br />

Representatives<br />

Ad Hoc Committees<br />

(a) Ad Hoc committees may be added upon the recommendation of<br />

the Executive Committee<br />

(b) Non-functioning committees shall be promptly discharged.<br />
