<strong>the</strong> study programmes, whereas a direct <strong>in</strong>terconnection <strong>of</strong> current outcomes <strong>and</strong> outputs <strong>in</strong>to <strong>the</strong> future wok<br />

<strong>of</strong> lectures will be ensured.<br />

The second activity will require follow<strong>in</strong>g activities:<br />

Elaboration <strong>of</strong> a complex proposal <strong>of</strong> measures to <strong>in</strong>crease <strong>the</strong> quality <strong>of</strong> academic education <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

curriculum <strong>of</strong> market<strong>in</strong>g communication. On <strong>the</strong> basis <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> established system <strong>of</strong> direct quality<br />

measurement <strong>of</strong> academic education <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> study programme <strong>and</strong> its practical verification –<br />

implementation, outputs out <strong>of</strong> this system will be provided, which will lead to proposals <strong>of</strong><br />

measures to <strong>in</strong>crease <strong>the</strong> quality <strong>of</strong> academic education <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> curriculum <strong>of</strong> market<strong>in</strong>g<br />

communication. The proposal <strong>of</strong> measures will be based on recommendations <strong>of</strong> <strong>in</strong>ternal employees<br />

with<strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> first phase <strong>of</strong> evaluation, as well as from recommendations <strong>of</strong> external evaluators with<strong>in</strong><br />

<strong>the</strong> second phase <strong>of</strong> evaluation.<br />

Establish<strong>in</strong>g <strong>the</strong> co-work<strong>in</strong>g centre. Co-work<strong>in</strong>g is an <strong>in</strong>novative trend develop<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> academic as<br />

well as entrepreneurial environments, especially <strong>in</strong> Western Europe <strong>and</strong> North America. It is<br />

a centre, where on <strong>the</strong> one spot <strong>in</strong>dependent people from external environment are concentrated (for<br />

example graphic designers, marketers, copywriters, experts on <strong>in</strong>ternet market<strong>in</strong>g, on production <strong>of</strong><br />

web sites, visual communication etc.). There is necessary technical equipment <strong>and</strong> creative<br />

background at h<strong>and</strong>. In <strong>the</strong> academic environment, it is a k<strong>in</strong>d <strong>of</strong> creative „bus<strong>in</strong>ess <strong>in</strong>cubator“.<br />

With<strong>in</strong> it, <strong>the</strong> students can develop <strong>the</strong>ir abilities, skills <strong>and</strong> competences by means <strong>of</strong> practical<br />

activity focused on real bus<strong>in</strong>ess do<strong>in</strong>g. Students work<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> co-work<strong>in</strong>g centre will be able to lay<br />

<strong>the</strong> basis <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>ir future bus<strong>in</strong>ess <strong>and</strong> to verify <strong>the</strong>ir entrepreneurial ideas <strong>and</strong> concepts <strong>in</strong> practice.<br />

A valuable asset is also <strong>the</strong> relationship with real entrepreneurial environment, obta<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g <strong>new</strong><br />

contacts <strong>and</strong> transfer <strong>of</strong> requirements directly <strong>in</strong>to <strong>the</strong> conception <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> study programme. By means<br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> centre, it will be possible to directly measure acquired notions <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> students <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

surround<strong>in</strong>g <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>in</strong>cubator (very similar to real experience out <strong>of</strong> practice). Simultaneously, <strong>in</strong> this<br />

way important data for <strong>the</strong> feedback <strong>and</strong> verification <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> system <strong>of</strong> quality evaluation <strong>and</strong><br />

proposals <strong>of</strong> measures for <strong>in</strong>creas<strong>in</strong>g quality will be provided.<br />

Integration <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> measures for <strong>the</strong> <strong>in</strong>crease <strong>of</strong> quality <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> educational programme market<strong>in</strong>g<br />

communication, elaboration <strong>of</strong> adjusted teach<strong>in</strong>g methods, syllabuses, outputs from <strong>the</strong> study, pilot<br />

verification. Internal experts – on <strong>the</strong> basis <strong>of</strong> outputs <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> evaluation system <strong>and</strong> conclusions <strong>of</strong><br />

<strong>the</strong> work groups – will <strong>in</strong>corporate <strong>the</strong>m <strong>in</strong>to <strong>the</strong> curricula (at <strong>the</strong> level <strong>of</strong> subjects) <strong>in</strong>dividual<br />

requirements <strong>and</strong> proposals, whereas <strong>the</strong>re will come to adjustments <strong>of</strong> <strong>in</strong>dividual attributes <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

study programme. This will lead to <strong>the</strong> <strong>in</strong>crease <strong>in</strong> quality <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> study programme, which will be<br />

repeatedly cyclically verified with<strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> system <strong>of</strong> direct measurement <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> quality <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> study<br />

programme. Consequently, <strong>the</strong>re will be all elaborated materials <strong>and</strong> created documents assessed <strong>in</strong><br />

<strong>the</strong> work groups <strong>and</strong> objected by external experts.<br />

Development <strong>of</strong> key competences <strong>and</strong> generic skills <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> graduated from <strong>the</strong> study programme<br />

market<strong>in</strong>g communication. Tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>gs are designed for <strong>in</strong>ternal <strong>and</strong> external PhD students at FMK<br />

UCM <strong>in</strong> Trnava – <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> size <strong>of</strong> 40 people. Tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>gs will be focused on development <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

follow<strong>in</strong>g skills:<br />

Research <strong>and</strong> analytic skills (qualitative <strong>and</strong> quantitative methods <strong>of</strong> research, work with<br />

statistic s<strong>of</strong>tware designed to process sociological data, work with <strong>in</strong>formational sources etc.).<br />

System <strong>of</strong> direct quality measurement <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> study programmes <strong>and</strong> evaluation <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> study<br />

programmes [2].<br />

Outcomes <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> second activity are, or may be until <strong>the</strong> end <strong>of</strong> 2013, as follows:<br />

Tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g <strong>of</strong> PhD students. The tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g took place <strong>in</strong> February 2013, <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> follow<strong>in</strong>g terms:<br />

February 4th – 8th 2013, <strong>and</strong> February 11th – 15th, 2013.<br />

Co-work<strong>in</strong>g centre. Students at FMK UCM <strong>in</strong> Trnava had <strong>the</strong> opportunity, <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> term until February<br />

24th 2013, to apply for <strong>the</strong> co-work<strong>in</strong>g centre Po<strong>in</strong>TT. FMK UCM <strong>in</strong> Trnava – by means <strong>of</strong> this<br />

project – <strong>of</strong>fers a chance for 15 <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>m. It required only writ<strong>in</strong>g a cover letter, <strong>in</strong> which <strong>the</strong> students<br />

described, why <strong>the</strong>y wanted to become a member <strong>of</strong> Po<strong>in</strong>TT <strong>and</strong> what <strong>the</strong>y expected from <strong>the</strong>
