Besides a description of each item, the table includes thefollowing: the responsible individual and agency (with contact information) for overseeing thepolicy or program; whether each policy or program is related to pre-disaster or post-disasterhazard mitigation; and whether each policy or program affects development in hazard-proneareas.Table 6-1 identifies three hazard mitigation capabilities that Guam has changed since the 2008Guam HMP.
