The fact that 1,4-DHP lipid molecules moved from the initial bilayer structure to thetubular one and turned to micellaes suggests that the supramolecular structure of the 1,4-DHP lipid depend on external conditions, in high 1,4-DHP lipid concentrations veryprobably the gene transfection with 1,4-DHP lipid is performed by means of the tubularlipoplex in micellar hexagonal structure or complexed inverted hexagonal structure.Fig. 2.
