The tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g activities are organised based on unifiedtra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g calendar and the correspond<strong>in</strong>g documentation.On the <strong>in</strong><strong>format</strong>ion of Fig. 4.6 educational <strong>in</strong>stitutions can draw conclusions andoffer correspond<strong>in</strong>g tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g courses, e.g. a course of CAD systems could beadvantageous, at the same time a course of technical draw<strong>in</strong>g appears to have lesspotential.Before the Innomet system was implemented vocational tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g courses wereorganised <strong>in</strong>dependently by taylor-made course plans. The new monitor<strong>in</strong>g systemmakes it possible to support organisational work by add<strong>in</strong>g value through differentqueries, statistical calculations and prediction mechanisms.52
