Test<strong>in</strong>g results turned to be successful and thesystem elaborated has proved its place as a carrier of competencedevelopment.3.3. Results at this phase are used to revise and develop a test version of thehuman resource database. However, <strong>in</strong> a long perspective when a criticalmass of companies are <strong>in</strong>volved <strong>in</strong> the system the results could be used asa basis for educational <strong>in</strong>stitutions to elaborate complementary study andtra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g programmes and modify the exist<strong>in</strong>g ones.3.4. The current solution is focused on the sector of metalwork<strong>in</strong>g, mach<strong>in</strong>eryand apparatus eng<strong>in</strong>eer<strong>in</strong>g. The proposed model can be transferred also toother <strong>in</strong>dustrial sectors (wood process<strong>in</strong>g, chemical <strong>in</strong>dustry, constructionmaterials <strong>in</strong>dustry, etc).Further research1. Applicability of novel technologies <strong>in</strong> <strong>in</strong>dustry, estimation of preconditionsfor the needed technological advancement and creation of basis for that onsectoral (macro) level is the first priority.2. Models of MU behaviour are an object of <strong>in</strong>terest. Upcom<strong>in</strong>g long-distanceRadio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology and <strong>in</strong>tegration of SmartDust concept with mach<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g module makes it possible, <strong>in</strong> the next decade,to monitor real processes based on the models as a portable layer.3. Add<strong>in</strong>g modules of R/OMS for CAE applications needs further<strong>in</strong>vestigation. The formal verification for automated build<strong>in</strong>g of mach<strong>in</strong>etool models ga<strong>in</strong>s importance with acceleration of computers comput<strong>in</strong>gcapabilities, be<strong>in</strong>g so far the bottleneck <strong>in</strong> formal methods softwaredevelopment.4. The developed database solutions were tested <strong>in</strong> a restricted area, hav<strong>in</strong>gcommon cultural and language basis. Development at a multicultural levelneeds additional research of common understand<strong>in</strong>g – development ofontology for build<strong>in</strong>g automated libraries assur<strong>in</strong>g similar knowledge-based<strong>in</strong>put from different languages.57
