The use of a special event parking lot shall notexceed six times per month. On-site signage shall be posted on the propertyin a visible location, prohibiting parking that exceeds the designatedduration or use period. The lot may be paved or unpaved; unpaved lotsshall be subject to applicable requirements of the Clark County Departmentof Air Quality or its successor. Bumpers or tire stops are not required.Landscape islands, perimeter landscape buffers and streetscape amenitiesare not required.
