Prior to joining our Company,Mr. Kelly was a certified public accountant.Mr. Kelly graduated from the University ofGeorgia in 1979 with a B.B.A. in accounting.Gregory C. Pitts has served our Company invarious capacities since 1985. He was namedour Chief Operating Officer in December 2009and has served as Chief Executive Officer ofPrimerica Mortgages, a mortgage loan brokerand a subsidiary of Primerica, since 2005.Mr. Pitts served as Executive Vice President ofPrimerica from 1995 to 2009, withresponsibilities within the Term Life Insurance,Investment and Savings Products segments andinformation technology division. Mr. Pittsearned his B.A. in general business from theUniversity of Arkansas in 1985.Alison S. Rand has served our Company invarious capacities since 1995. She has servedas our Executive Vice President and ChiefFinancial Officer since 2000, as Senior VicePresident from 1999 to 2000, Vice Presidentfrom 1997 to 1999 and the Director of FinancialReporting from 1995 to 1997. Prior to 1995,Ms. Rand worked in the audit department ofKPMG LLP. Ms. Rand earned her B.S. inaccounting from the University of Florida in1990 and is a certified public accountant. She isan advisory board member of Imagine it!, theChildren’s Museum of Atlanta and Emerge andis a Board member of the Georgia Council ofEconomic Education. She is also a Vice Chair ofthe Talent Development Program TrusteeCouncil of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra andserves on the Terry College of BusinessExecutive Education CFO Roundtable.Peter W. Schneider has served as ourExecutive Vice President and General Counselsince 2000. He also serves as our CorporateSecretary and Chief Administrative Officer. Heworked at the law firm of Rogers & Hardin as apartner from 1988 to 2000 and as an associatefrom 1984 to 1988, and at the law firm of Paul,Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison from 1981 to 1984.Mr. Schneider earned both his B.S. in politicalscience and industrial relations in 1978 and J.D.in 1981 from the University of North Carolina atChapel Hill. Mr. Schneider serves on the boardsof directors of the Georgia Chamber ofCommerce, the Northwest YMCA and theCarolina Center for Jewish Studies.Glenn J. Williams has served our Company invarious capacities since 1983. He has served asour Executive Vice President since 2000 andPresident since 2005. Mr. Williams served asthe President and Chief Executive Officer ofPrimerica Financial Services (Canada), Ltd., afinancial services company and a subsidiary ofPrimerica, from 1996 to 2000, Executive VicePresident from 1995 to 1996, Senior VicePresident from 1994 to 1995 and Vice Presidentfrom 1985 to 1994. He worked with us as a salesrepresentative in 1981 to 1983. Mr. Williamsearned his B.S. in education from BaptistUniversity of America in 1981.
