At present HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank and AXISBank are the only three private sector banks authorized by the Government.Planned Application Means the unavailability of the application services due to maintenanceDowntimeactivities such as configuration changes, up-gradation or changes to anysupporting infrastructure wherein prior intimation (at least two workingdays in advance) of such planned outage shall be given and approvalsought from the Client as applicable;Planned network outage Means the unavailability of the network services due to infrastructuremaintenance activities such as configuration changes, up-gradation orchanges to any supporting infrastructure.
