Master Service Agreement “Requirements” shall mean and include all the reports prepared by Client & SPMC, schedules,SL.NO.INFORMATIONDETAILSdetails, description, statements of technical data, performance characteristics and standards (Indian& International) as applicable and specified in the RFP.“Successful Implementation / Go-Live” will mean:(a) Successful deployment, commissioning, and UAT of the CCTNS application modules implementedduring the phase.(b) Site Preparation including furniture, creation of Local Area Network (LAN), electrical works, etc.during that phase after verification and approval by Arunachal Pradesh Police or its constitutedcommittees or representatives.(c) Successful Data digitization / migration after verification and approval by Arunachal Pradesh Policeor its constituted committees or representatives.(d) Training and Certification of all the trainees, trained on the Crime and Criminal Tracking Network& Systems (CCTNS) application modules of that Phase.(e) Procurement, deployment, and commissioning of the hardware at Data Center, Disaster Recovery(DR) Site and Other locations required to support the functioning of CAS modules.(f) Procurement, deployment and commissioning of the networking equipments and provisioning ofdesired connectivity required to support the functioning of CAS modules.(g) Achievement of the Service Levels as expected during the project.(h) Customization of CAS and Integration/Migration of existing application/data with CAS module.(i) Acceptance / Sign off from Client or its constituted committees or representatives.Client CRIME & CRIMINAETWORK AND SYSTEMS PROJECT1.
