5.28 OP,TITL (TITLE)This option requires one input record consisting of up to 80 alphanumeric characters. This string is reprintedas a run title. 5.29 OP,TROU (TROUBLE)This troubleshooting option can be used to pinpoint erroneous experimental data and to check if the minimizationis trapped in a local minimum. As described in detail in section 4.7, this module analyzes thecontribution to χ 2 of the deexcitation γ-ray yields to ascertain if there is an inconsistency in the data. Theparameter r k defined in equation 4.71 is a measure of the consistency of the data. That is, it identifies ifthe current minimum of χ 2 , with respect to a given matrix element, results from cancellation of large andopposite contributions due to inconsistent data or whether all the data are consistent.The input consists of one record:NS, RL NS is the number of experimental yields giving the largest positive and negative componentsof the derivative of χ 2 with respect to a given matrix element to be selected and printed out. Thisinformation will appear in the output if for this given matrix element r k exceeds RL. The χ 2 functionis defined by Eq. 4.69.NOTE:1) OP,TROU must be used with, and immediately follow, OP,MINI.
