S<strong>in</strong>ce the history stated by her was to the effect that she washav<strong>in</strong>g the problem of breast cancer for last 3 months, it was obvious that she hadfailed to discharge the obligation of <strong>in</strong>timation of the state of health before acceptanceof the proposal which was a breach of warranty as <strong>co</strong>nta<strong>in</strong>ed <strong>in</strong> the proposal form.
