No. 3, 7, 9, 10 and 15 – animal number.PCV2 antigen in follicle (14.5%), paracortex nearfollicle area (10%) and paracortex near sinus area(10%) was detected only in one animal (No. 5) lnn.tracheobronchales.In lymph nodes mainly with moderate (++) amountof PCV2 antigen (Table 3), PCV2 antigen was locatedin follicle, paracortex near follicle area and paracortexnear sinus area (Fig. 2).Next, lymph nodes mainly with severe (+++)amount of PCV2 antigen were estimated (Table 4). Inthese lymph nodes PCV2 antigen mainly in medullaand paracortex near sinus area was detected (Fig. 3).PCV2 antigen percentage in medulla varied up to75%, but in paracortex near sinus area – up to 55%.Thus, it demonstrates that circovirus-2 at firstwas located in lymph nodes follicles, after that ’goesoutside’ the follicle into the paracortex near folliclearea and near sinus area, and finally – into medulla.In lymph nodes PCV2 starts from cortical layer tomedulla, from where it could enter into the organismlymphatic system.Conclusions1. Increasing amount of PCV2 antigen in pig lymphnodes, mostly changes the follicles structure inlymph node – visualization of the follicle structurebecomes little deplete, and finally the lymph nodescompletely lose the lymphoid follicle structure inthe microscope.2. The increase in amount of PCV2 antigen inlymph node significantly decreases the amountof lymphocytes and increases the amount ofhistiocytes in them.208 Research for Rural Development 2012
