Committee Membership.Mr. David S. Lipscomb, a lawyer in Lawrenceville, was re-appointed for athree year term and served on the Committee as its Chairperson. Ms. Judy C.King, a lawyer in Lawrenceville was appointed for a three year term. The lawyermembers returning to serve on the Committee were Mr. Stanley W. Levitt, alawyer from Marietta,Mr. Kenneth Gary Menendez, a lawyer with Epstein,Becker & Green, PC, in Atlanta, Mr. Randy Scott Slater, a lawyer with Slater andWilensky, LLC in Atlanta, and Mr. James Charles Thornton, a lawyer withThornton and Graham, PC, in LaGrange. Ms. Iris Rice from Smyrna was reappointedas a public member for a three year term. The public members returningto serve were Ms. Jacquelyn C. Poole, from Marietta, and Mr. Alan Granath, fromDunwoody.Ms. Phyllis J. Holmen, Executive Director of Georgia Legal ServicesProgram Inc., in Atlanta, served as the Executive Committee Liaison.102
