The former TILPP Director, Dougl<strong>as</strong> Ashworth, and Ipresented a session on “Leading Your Formal Program Through Leadership Transition.”We provided suggestions and resources to help programs prepare for and survive changes inleadership. John Baldwin, Executive Director <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Utah <strong>State</strong> <strong>Bar</strong>, also made a separatepresentation on this topic.140
