Universities can also trainpr<strong>of</strong>essionals and students who will become those working inall stages <strong>of</strong> the bi<strong>of</strong>uel production process as well as differentusers (e.g., Caribbean Maritime Institute trains fishermen andboat operators).Trade associations and organizations that represent a groupthat will be affected by bi<strong>of</strong>uels can communicate messages <strong>of</strong>the campaign and keep their members updated aboutdevelopments in the bi<strong>of</strong>uels industry. They can also providefeedback on bi<strong>of</strong>uels on behalf <strong>of</strong> their members. Additionally,many have experience conducting trainings for their members.65
