The staff at these facilities provideson-site care and medical advice, while maintaining employeemedical confidentiality. <strong>Dell</strong> also provides comprehensive Wellat <strong>Dell</strong> health improvement programs and health resources toemployees and spouses or domestic partners covered by medicalbenefits to support employee health, assist with managinghealth conditions, reduce health risks and maintain healthylifestyles. Several facilities have on-site fitness or wellnesscenters, where employees can exercise in a group setting orreceive information on preventive health topics such as goodnutrition and fitness.Medical staff and wellness teams collaborate to arrange forconvenient employee access to health screenings, tests andvaccinations, and educational programs, including:• employee health screenings for blood pressure, cholesteroland other health indicators• health and wellness educational seminars, with topicsranging from nutrition and exercise to cancer prevention• employee and community support and education events suchas blood drives and home safety campaigns• evaluation of office workstations to identify and reduceergonomic stressesRegional HighlightsThe following information lists some examples of accomplishmentsin this area during fiscal year 2006:• For the fourth consecutive year, <strong>Dell</strong>'s China manufacturingfacility has been recognized as an Advanced Work SafetyEnterprise in the Torch High-Tech Zone in Xiamen City.
