On January 19, 2008, theNSS was placed onto the Titan Drydock and remained there until March 3 forhull maintenance and exterior surface cleaning and preservation. Hullinspections were conducted and identified no new degradation. Theseinspections included verifying the integrity <strong>of</strong> the underwater hull repairsmade during the 1994 drydocking availabilityLicense Amendment No. 14 was issued. It revised the TechnicalSpecifications to match the current ship status and ship’s programs, policiesand procedures. The function <strong>of</strong> Review and Audit Committee was revisedcommensurate with the Decommissioning Quality Assurance Plan. Thecommittee was renamed the Safety Review Committee.NSS was moved to Pier 13, Canton Marine Terminal at 4601 Newgate Ave.,Baltimore, MD.Post Shutdown Decommissioning Activities Report, Revision 1 submitted.Completed the electrical modifications to deenergize all originally installed450 volt switchgear.
