A working committee had beenestablished comprising senior management andpersonnel from various divisions to ensure accuracyof information and full compliance with relevantregulatory requirements. At the Board level, theBoard Annual Report Committee, chaired by the BACChairman, was established to oversee the productionof the Annual Report and review its contents beforeit is published.2. Announcements to Bursa SecuritiesAnnouncement of quarterly financial results, circularsand various announcements are made via Bursa LINKin full compliance with regulatory authorities’ disclosurerequirements.
